Our services

Teen counseling that helps young people know who they are

The teenage years bring big questions and bigger pressures. We give teens a safe, non-judgmental place to talk, think clearly and grow into who they are meant to be.

Together we agree simple, practical goals that your teen actually cares about.

03

Questions

Teen Counseling FAQs

Yes. For anyone under 18 we ask a parent or guardian to give consent before sessions begin. You are welcome to join the first few minutes of the first session.

Teens open up when they know their words are safe, so the details stay private. We share general progress with you, and we will always tell you if we believe your child or someone else is at risk of harm.

That is very common. The first session is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation, and most teens settle once they realise they are not in trouble. We can also speak with you first about how to introduce the idea.
