Yes. What you share with us stays with us, and your records are stored securely. We only break confidentiality if you or someone else is at serious risk of harm, if a child is being abused, or if the law requires it. We explain this clearly before your first session. Our care is rooted in Christian faith and delivered with professional training. Everyone is welcome, whatever you believe, and no one is pressured. You decide how much faith features in your sessions.

Yes. Sessions are available online by video or voice call, so you can speak with us from anywhere in Nigeria or abroad. In-person sessions are available in Abuja by appointment.

Yes. A parent or guardian can book on behalf of a teenager, and for anyone under 18 we ask for a parent or guardian’s consent before sessions begin. What your teen shares stays private, but we will always tell you if we believe they are at risk of harm.

The first session is a relaxed conversation. We get to know you, listen to what brings you in and explain how confidentiality works. Together we agree what you would like to achieve and how often to meet. You will never be pushed to share more than you are ready to.
