Do I need to be in a relationship to come?
No. Many people come while single, either to heal from a past relationship or to prepare well for the next one.
Can we attend as a couple?
Yes. You can attend together, individually, or a mix of both. We will suggest what fits your situation after the first conversation.
Is this the same as marriage counseling?
