Book a session
Three ways to reach us
WhatsApp is the fastest way to book. Tell us which service you are interested in and we will agree a time.
Session fees
Simple pricing, by the hour
Sessions are charged by the hour. If you need longer than an hour, the extra time is charged at the extended rate. We confirm the total with you before you book.
One hour
per one-hour session
- A full 60-minute session with your counselor
- Online by video or voice call, or in person in Abuja
- The right choice for most first sessions
Beyond one hour
for each additional [ADD: 30 minutes or hour] after the first hour
- For sessions that need more than 60 minutes
- Agree the extra time with your counselor in advance
- You only pay for the extra time you book
Pay by bank transfer or securely online by card. Fees for school outreach and speaking are agreed separately with each organisation.

Office
Phase One Aco Estate, Lugbe, Abuja. In-person sessions are by appointment only.
Office hours
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, Nigerian time. Messages sent outside these hours are answered the next working day.
Online sessions
Video or voice call, available wherever you are in Nigeria or abroad.
